I've lived here for 14 months. Relocated here from NY. The location is primary. Its right between 85 and 77. There are 30 stores and restaurants (grocery and car-care, Tuesday Morning & Ace Hardware, Rite-Aid & Gas station) within walking distance. Northlake Mall and Concord Mall are only 10 minutes away. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly by very attractive looking gentlemen. The apartments are spacious, ample closet and storage space, plenty of electrical outlets, lots of sun. I rarely hear my next door neighbors and they are very young. The parking is probably the only downfall. Though there are plenty of spaces, you may have to park a little ways away. Security is very visible at night and respond quickly to complaints or to escort you from/to your car. The pool is great and the staff sponsors several functions throughout the year, for residents to get together. The fitness center has been up-graded and is very functional and enjoyable. This is so funny. Which member of the office staff is this? This sounds like an ad right out of the apartment guide. You forgot to mention the high crime, the millions of stray cats and all the other crap you have to deal with. "Attractive looking gentlemen" are you serious?

I am not a member of the office staff. I am a resident. You need to be real with yourself. If you can find a place that does not experience break ins of any kind, you let me know. If you're so unhappy here, go someplace else. That would probably help this community. Its okay to be critical but you're negativism show your immaturity. Get a life and stop being critical of every positive post!!!

Well, here's your problem. If you're going to post a positive review, don't tell blatant lies. "Attractive looking gentlemen" is an absolute joke, and having lived here for 7 months now, I can say from experience that security has NEVER been visible at night, and hardly during the day for that matter. If they are so visible, then why was a woman held at gunpoint while her car was being stolen last Friday night? Does that sound like something that happens at any old place? Frankly, if you're not a staff member, then you're just a liar. By the way, this is not the person who posted the first message. It seems there are more negative opinions than your lies would suggest.
