Waterford Hills Apartments

You have to be kidding me From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Do yourself a favor and kick out the extra 20-30 bucks to live in a gated community in the area, or at least stay away from here. Appearances are deceiving and their little lunch socials in the office far from make up for all the inadequacies. First off, it stinks, there are a bunch of stray cats everywhere, and they stink! People actually leave food out for them. Not to mention I stepped in dog crap while I was moving in, that should've been an omen right there. I hear my neighbor's little yappy mut all the time. And if you're a young, single woman, be afraid! After a night out with my girlfriends, I always make sure to pull out the pepper spray while walking the long distance (as parking sucks) to my apartment. Just stay away, far, far ,away!
