I'm really shocked at some of the reviews I've read. I have lived at Waterford Hills for the past 2 years and never had a problem with the office or maintenance. The community is a little older but well maintained. My apartment doesn't have some of the interior features that others might but the price, location and service is great. The crime rate in Charlotte is extremly high and it's not fair to blame the office. I blame CMPD and the court system for releasing the same THUGS who commit crime after crime back into our soceity. Regardless of where you live you should always be aware of your surroundings at all times...that's just common sense!
