I would avoid this apartment at ALL costs if married or have a significant other. I lived in WHA for several months with my husband and since after moving out earlier this year... one of the leasing agents has been pursing my spouse and sending him tasteless nude photos of herself and has unsuccessfully attempted to ruined my marriage. Definitely not worth the low rent.

Initials SJ. She thought I would go away after notifying upper management at Grubb Properties about her disgusting and cheap antics....but I'm not. I have a right to and want to warn all women living or thinking about living here that are married or have a partner.

I have her disgusting nude photos as evidence. This place wreaks of "low class" as long as she remains employed there. I am excersing my first amendment rights to free speech as a citizen and this is not defamation of character as I have proof of the statements that I have made within this forum. The public has a right to know.

The apartment across from us was broken into while we were there.. and had police tape all over it. Additionally, several cars were broken into as well. I personally had to call 911 several times due to major fights breaking out in the apartment below us where a man was beating a woman and a little girl was screaming at the top of her lungs for help. Again----Definitely not worth the low rent!!!

Guess what? The manager Erin Waters had an affair with the husband of a friend of mine. He was also an employee with Grubb Properties. He left his children and his family for her while she was still married to her husband. What kind of values does this company promote?

Unfortunately domestic violence happens all over the country to women of every age, race and economic status. no matter how low or high class a place is. thanks for the warning about the people that work here though. good to know.
