I lived at Wateford Lakes for 10 months, which was too long for me. I would definitely not recommend it for any single females who are living alone. It is not safe at all; I received many notices of robberies while living there. Also, the noise is completely out of control - at all hours of the night. Most of the apartments around me were inhabited by multiple (to put it mildly) non-English speaking tenants who were everything but clean and quiet. There are noisy children running around everywhere. The pool area couldn't be enjoyed because of the latin music being blared poolside - sometimes until 2:00 a.m. -even during the week. I even had to call the police to have them quiet things down.
