I agree with ALL of the negative responses. The noisy neighbors, blatantly breaking rules (parking, noise, trash, etc), but if you complain to the unsympathetic and sometimes downright rude staff, they tell you to handle it yourself! What'' Isn't THAT what I pay rent for' Heck, I am scared of half of my neighbors. There was a gang hanging around for a while, writing gang related stuff on the parking lots. It is awful!

I've lived here for three years and when I first moved in the complex was under different management and it was a great deal better. No broken gates, no trash all over the place, timely repairs made by kind people. Now, under the 'new' management, this place just plain sucks.
