I have lived here less than a year and I am looking into getting out ASAP. I have an order of protection against a violent and potentially dangerous individual and I was assured, no guaranteed, that the access gates would be kept in working order. They were not working when I moved in, 4 weeks later they worked for less than 24 hours and that was last June 2003.

Gangs hang out in the parking lot and harrass individuals. There is trash, broken glass and debris left behind by gangs of people. Many --------- hang out and take up all parking spaces,leaving none for residents. Gangs of --------- hang out at both pools non-stop during the summer months. It is unsafe to be outside after dark. Drugs run freely in my apartment building , as does alcohol and parties.
