I moved to Waterford Lakes last summer
May 2003 and the living experience there was not good at all!!..majority of the time, the noise level was horriendous, --------- took up 80% of residency and had block parties with loud music every weekend, the canadian geese laid droppings which marked their territory all over the parking lots.(which was never kept clean by maintenance staff) the carports didn't do any good to have because you could never get to use them unless you stayed at home all day! the gates worked 30% of the time.. Last but not least the staff didn't seem to care about resident complaints because nothing was done. So if you want to spend your money on a place you can call home this is definetly not the spot!! Rent from somewhere else.
