What's wrong with Waterford Lakes '''' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/15/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have only lived here about a month and I have had only a few minor problems. There seems to be a small litter problem (i.e. drink bottles/cups, shopping bags, etc. that remain in the walkways for days without someone picking them up) and I have noticed a few abandonded/disabled vehicles (most of them with at least 1-2 flat tires !!) taking up valuable "front row" parking spaces. The apartment is very nice and I have not had any problems with noisy neighbors and or loud parties. Is this place really as bad as I have read in some of the earlier reviews, or has some one taken a concentrated effort to clean it up ' Or is it that I have just not lived here long enough to experience some of the things that I have read in the reviews ' I think the community and leasing staff are great (especially Wendy & Ximena) from my experiences with them and it is in an excellent location. Check it out for yourself.
