Waterford Lakes has gone horribly down hill in the past three years. Majority of the residents are Mexican, renting 1 apartment for 15 people. Class has shifted from young working professionals to blue collar. Very unsafe at night. Loud music, loitering at night and reckless driving are common place. Trash collection is minimal at best. Complex does not respond to complaints. Groundskeeping has deteriorated. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
