Lot to offer, but not worth it

You can get a very nice apartment here for the money, however you put your safety at risk. My roommate's car was broken into, and there have been several parties right below me with 200 people attending.
Essentially, I could ramble on and on about all the issues, but basically if you have enough money to afford somewhere else, do it. If you factor in all the times that your car will be broken into and/or scratched or hit then it won't be worth the lower price.
