Its sad to see that living here has change

An apartment complex that reminded me of the nice upscale apartments in Atlanta...for a reasonable price. The reserve at Waterford Lakes(behind this complex is a nice place (all on its own now). Just recently the entrance gates were installed, but for the many people who have friends that just drop in...they did not know that sneaking in the arm gates would break the gates thus help to make living in Waterford Lakes more uncomfortable. I was told that just 4 or 5 years ago, this was the best place to live. Its sad to see that when changes take place from management to the community as well that a place such as this can take the negative consequences are they are. The leasing staff is cool...if they give you some good advice, due take it..unless you can tell that they are lying to you. They tried to give me good advice to move into a better part of the community...at the time I could not afford the move. I wish I did now. If you had to pick a place along South Boulevard, Sharon Lakes Road or Sharon Road West...you may want to choose Sharon Road West as a LAST RESORT. In the case of Waterford Lakes...hopefully in a few years or so, things will turn around..but now, not the place to live in.

I lived there in 1998. It was awesome. Beautiful girls, pool parties every weekend. Just plain fun. Such a shame to hear that it has turned into a hellhole. Depressing!
