Moving out of here in a month

Where to begin'
-I live on the first floor and when the storm window was ripped out of the frame to my bedroom window overnight, a certain staff member convinced me not to file a police report. When I questioned why the security gates were nevered closed, I was subjected to a long song and dance about how that would not deter crime. (FYI: They installed the security gates in early June, and it is now late July. To date, I have seen them closed 2 times day and night.)
-The workout equipment is not maintained, and goes for months without being repaired. When I brought this factor up, that certain pieces of equipment had been broken since Feb. while negotiating a new lease in March, they "swore" it was next on their list. The SAME equipment is still busted.
-The "business office" lacks a computer, a printer and a fax machine.
-They sent out notices in the beginning of July warning us about recent break-ins, and how we need to be vigilant about walking from our cars and at night and when answering the doors.
-There seem to be a lot of residents who enjoy drinking liquor out of bags and partying in the parking lot, as well as screaming obscenities from their deck.
-Move in here, if you appreciate a cold greeting in person or on the phone from the staff.
-Did I mention that WL is the place to go to buy illegal drugs of your choice'
