they definitely scam you out of money, the girl i worked with was nice but their manager is a prick. he is rude to his tenants and doesn't care what anyone thinks. not to mention the neighborhood is sketchy and the crime rate there is up. there was a police stakeout while i lived there.

I saw more than enough crime outside my unit right on the main stretch of road there, and this was back in 1998. I'm sure things are much worse now. All the more reason I left Charlotte 6 years ago.
