It wasn't that bad. Maybe the building I was in was one of the few quiet ones that ther were. The week I was moving 3 others were moving out that weekend.

The speed bumps were a pain but I guess they needed them. There is no asigned parking that would be nice & there was no path to the mail boxes so you had to walk down a well worn path through the grass.

The gates were working for a while but the people going in & out slowed traffic to a crawl (stop & go).

I went on a month to month for 2 months, no real problems w/ that. I was a little worried about my deposit but I recieved it back w/ a form about the condition of the place they said it was Very Clean so that was nice.

Over all the place could be cleaner at move in. But My building again was the most quiet of all of them I think. Good luck if you move in a little shady people in nieghborhood.
