I have lived in Waterford Lakes for over a year now, and it has steadily gone downhill. Parking is not controlled in any way. Even residents who pay for covered spaces have no rights over other residents who continually park wherever they want, often taking up two spaces. Service calls take several days to respond and often multiple calls back requesting service. The gates have been broken for about a year now, which is one of the reasons I moved in and part of what we pay for. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
