i lived in this apartment complex for over 4 years. It has very nice landscaping, but it i not well taken care of. It is not the cleanest of places, it is ok. Parking is OK, we have now two security offices who live on the property abd they drive around all day and make sure that residents are safe. This is a noisy community with lots of large extended famil;ies, mainly latino. if you do not mind listening to Spanish all day lond this is a place for you. There are lots of different types of residents-good and bad-the bad oves create lots of problems-they drink, fight at night, scream , bang on their door(very inconsiderate). We called police many times and once they came after calling them 7 times. If you have a roblem here, do not rely on police they will not come.
Bad residents smoke pot on their balconies, play loud music, even outside in their cars and hang outin sworms, they drink and throw empty beer cans around, they have no respect fpr residents and property and it is a shame.
Lately, we gpt new management. They made some progress, but it is a slow change in the good direction. They installed more lights on property, they keep fixing the gates even though some people keep breaking them over and over-i like it that management is persistent.
This property is located in a bad location in Charlotte. There are much worse properties around us and they break out fences, gates and walk through here--basically there are lots of suspicious people walking on the property that are not supposed to be there in the first place.

Condition of the apartments are average-maintenance is not quick to come and fix your problems. We live in the third floor and have many leaks on the ceiling. Apartments are very spacious and nice.

I would not recommend this place just because of the location it is in--crime is high aroud us and so it seeps into this place. My car has been broken into many times and it is costly to keep replacing windows. If you do decide to move here, make sure you get a garage and a door with two locks because we have break ins.

By the way, we do not have cockroaches --these insects you see that look like them are water beetles and are harmless.

So far my experience here was not that good, i wish there was a safer place to live with more responsible people and not vandals. i can not wait for my lease to expire and we will be out of here. Thank God!!!
