Future Residents Beware! Don't let the move in specials fool you! The management team is very unprofessional and unorganized. Security gates have no purpose because they are constantly broken. Noisey environment. Property not kept clean. Two apartment fires and one assult in past year. Security guard that does nothing but people watch. Good square footage for the price, but limited hot water!
Upon lease renewal, prices are greatly increaed.
I have a formal complaint out to the Lamar property management. Not dealing with the leasing staff anymore because they don't know what they are doing.
Please save yourself time and headache and DO NOT live here!

America's Most Wanted Fugitive (------- ------- -------) was found at 7900 Waterford Lakes Dr!!! He was wanted for kidnapping and rape in Dec 2006. America's Most Wanted Show aired March 24th looking for him. He was found TODAY, April 6, 2007. This should confirm that the safety is not good! Plenty of article on internet to confirm my review.
