Complex is pretty sketchy; tenants are loud, too many kids wandering around, although I was not a victim of any sort of break-in I did not feel safe. Kids often jumped the fence in the rear of the complex and come and go freely. The surrounding neighborhood (Sharon Lakes Dr.) is trashy. Moving after 6 mos. I would rather pay more in rent and live somewhere that does not make me feel uncomfortable.
