It's not that bad

The complex is really not that bad, there are 2 pools neither of which are ever too crowded. We have had two things requested, the apartment above us was leaking into our apartment and we got IMMEDIATE response. Second, we some roaches downstairs in the hall, and they IMMEDIATELY responded and took action on both. It's a big facility, and you have to remember that you're not paying top dollar, so you really can't complain too much. Keep in mind that ONLY people with extremely negative views will put something on here. Notice there have been like 6 in this year.. When there has probably been close to 1,000 tenants. The staff has always helped me. They can't monitor every little thing/person that comes in unless they did an eye scan for each person in every car that were to go through the gates. The gates do work most of the time, and if they don't it's because people run into them, and they're soon up and working again. Once again... you're paying far less for a gated community with 2 pools and a lake.. awesome geese (lol.) than you would in other places. In response to 'Sharon Lakes Dr. is trashy' Did you not see the road BEFORE you moved' And in any apartment you move into you're going to hear neighbors, you have the opportunity to check out the actual apartment and area you move into, so that's your own fault. It's not 5 star quality, but it's cheap.. and I think we got more than we paid for.
