I moved into Waterford Lakes in April 2008. When I was looking for an apartment, I visited several communities, and I noticed how well maintained this place was-- landscaping, clean roads, neat, trim everywhere I looked. I was impressed with the ladies in the front office-- helpful, professional, etc. They gave me a fantastic deal on my rent!!

After I moved in, there was only one issue with another neighbor, which the apartment management addressed quickly. Every maintenance issue I've had (all minor ones, thank goodness) have been resolved quickly. In most cases, they sent someone within an hour to repair whatever issue I had! My neighbors are mostly Hispanic, nice hard-working people, many with families. No loud music or gunshots or robberies that I'm aware of since I moved in. The walls between apartments are thick. I rarely hear my neighbors unless they're right outside my door. I would highly recommend this complex to my friends. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
