My roommate and myself moved to these apartments in February of 2009 and we haven't had many problems that haven't been corrected thus far. Parking is an issue in the Front set of apartments because it is pretty much separate from the rest of the complex... but the complex gave us a 50% discount on the carports...which was a win/win for us anyway. Now we have an assigned parking spot for each of us and our cars are protected from the elements.
Any issues that we have had with the plumbing or appliances have been corrected with in 24 hours of reporting the issue which is important to me.
We don't personally have this issue because are on the third floor but there have been reports of the floors settling and the people bellow hearing every move that is made in the apts above (but the way I look at it is that is part of living in apartments).
The noise is rarely an issue (not during the week when it matters most to me) they have a 10-10 rule, no disturbing noise between 10pm and 10am...so that cuts out on alot. With the occasional passing train it is very bearable.
I do recommend these apartments (although my thoughts might be different if I was in the back section of the complex).
