This apartment complex is plagued with -------- which is absolutely fine if your Mexican of course but not when you're NOT! They are literally taking over. In the office, all that works there are ---------.You see -------- walking their dogs without leashes all the time here. A cop will tell them to go inside and get a leash but they wont as if their dogs are angels. Parking sucks and noise sucks. Don't move here. Save yourself the hassle and move in the university area or some other area other than Charlotte!
