Don't be fooled by their low rent prices, ther is a reason for that, THEY WILL NEVER do anything for you!!!! Very unprofessional, one time I went home (it was the 19th of the month), and found court papaers with ALL tyes of charges for nonpayment of my rent!!! Inmediately I went to the office, handled the letter to Teriza (assistant manager) who tore it in front of me and told me to disregard it, I asked why the attitude'she rolled her eyes and said "I said disregard it, we found the check!"
Please find somewhere else to live!!They will rip you off also to get out!! they will charge you for every single little thing they can get moeny from.
I have a 2 yera old who is not even 30 pounds, anotehr day, I got letter for "harrasment to my neighbours" and loud noise and music!!!! and I dont even have a stereo!!!!
When I went to the office to tell them my side of the story, they just told me they will not be renewing my lease and that I will have to leave by the end of the month(like I wanted to stay anyway). They just decided to beleive the redneck who lives downstairs!
Ever single day is a nightmare at this apartemnts, vandalism, dealing with incompetent staff are just the few.... take my advice and go somewhwre else! where your money will be worthy to pay!

i cant excuse the staffs behavior but i know the owner from boca raton fl is so tight his a** squeaks when he walks!!!
