I understand that alot of people may not have had perfect experiences with the management/staff... personally I think the staff has improved by a thousand times since Jan and some other inadequate, rude ladies left. All the office staff is happy to help you if you go in there and ask; maybe you shouldn't go in with an attitude and they won't reciprocate that. Of any maintenance requests or problems I've had with my apt they've had fixed the very next day and the maintenance guy is awesome!
It is true, you have to go through miles of paperwork and red tape and BS to get into these apartments, but for the location, price, and features (pools, gyms, etc etc)it is an AMAZING deal. I used to live in another city and for the same square footage, service, etc etc, you would pay at LEAST double - and you'd be lucky if your landlord you'd even return your call, let alone be able to walk down the road adn talk to them face-to-face.
I have been very happy here so far and you know there ARE ways to curb bug infestations (spray, electronic things you plug in the wall that cost about $10 and last forever, etc) so quit complaining and get off your butt and kill the spider if it's crawling around instead of whining that your landlord needs to do everything for you. Quit being so melodramatic!!

Then take that $10 bug spray and use it to kill that roach up managements @ss. Maintenance quality isn't the issue, it's managements poor organization.
