New News from the lovely management!!!

For Icantbelievethisplace72: We should go to the Better Business Bureau. I talked to Christine too. She REFUSED to give me her mananger's name, the property owner's name or any other information. When I told her I already had a couple names, she said, "well that's good for you!" and hung up on me! Channel 9 will work too! I would love to get a petition of old and current residents to state the conditions are deteriorating and management is horrible! They are now trying to charge me almost $4000 b/c I moved out and didn't completely clean my apartment! Ellos pueden besar mi culo blancito!





I just moved out of Waterford Square, and I am paying almost $2000 to do so! It is well worth the fee to be through with that nightmare!
I lived on the grounds for over 2 years. Until the past year, I have had no major problems with the complex, with the exception of the poor groundskeeping.
In the last year, the office had the grounds crew, drill out my lock "by mistake". I was NOT at home and was NOT notified by anyone in the office. The guy who drilled out the lock said it was the third time the office had given him the WRONG apartment number. A month later, cleaners attempted to enter our neighbor's arpartment with a key after the office gave them the wrong apartment number.
In the parking lot, every other week (literally), someone's car is being broken into or vandalized. I do not feel safe at night or just leaving my car unattended if it is not in a covered spot!
Also, located in my parking lot are the dumpsters. Six out of seven days of the week there is trash sitting outside the dumpsters, including large pieces of furniture. When this was brought to the office's attention their reply was that no one had informed them of the problem so they didn't know about it! This is the same staff that drives golf carts around the entire complex! I watched them drive past these dumpsters with trash sitting outside of it, several times! Even when I turned in the keys, there was trash outside of the dumpsters. I understand that it is the residents leaving the trash, but it is the responsibility of the management to keep the grounds looking presentable.
My last complaint is that when the car break-ins became worse, I asked the management about moving into a larger apartment in another building. I was not allowed to even change apartments! There was no fee I could pay, nothing I could, I was turned down.
EVERYONE I've talked to in the complex has had issues with management! I have attempted to keep a positive attitude, but when I am not the only one with complaints, it is hard to stay positive.
