They have no idea what their maintenance workers are doing. Management to Maintenance communication is nonexistent. We tried to have our garage door fixed but they didn't even know we were renting a garage. The maintenance guy even mentioned the management was horrible.
This also happened when I originally asked for a garage space. They didn't know how many were available since people who moved out never returned the door openers.
That's just the beginning. Don't have time now, but I'll explain managements attitude after our neighbor had his car stolen; and the public display of domestic disputes in the parking lots.
If I had the money my roommate and I would pay the remaining months off and get out of there.
