I currently live in Waterford. I had a few small complaints at first but I was willing to put that aside and move from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom apt w/ my friend. We visited the office told them I reside there; that was great. My friend and I were willing to move there based on the fact we were quoted 2 months free. 1st month free plus 1 month pro rated into our rent. That was great! Well 2 weeks later it all changed and I was told that since I am currently a resident I don't qualify for any discounts. The property manager was unwilling to work w/ us; they simply said they didn't have to honor the rate; and quoted the new rate. I spoke to the regional manager who was also unwilling to honor the leasing agents mistake so I asked for her boss and she said she was the boss. I said no I want the number to coporate; she wouldn't give it to me; told me to find it on my own and hung up on me.

The sad part is that is exactly who they are GIRLS. It is a shame that tenants are taking that crap from them. A true shame. You all have rights. Exercise them. I used to be a tenant there, and they were horrible then and sounds like worse now. I feel for you guys, but unless you all band together and do something, all the gripes will go unheard.
