Every time I've had something wrong with the apartment, I've called and they took care of it in the office. I'm not sure why others have had so many problems.

The reason why you haven't had any problems, is because you are the manager writing the views. Give it a break. No one likes it there and they can't stand you the MANAGER Mrs. Webster as well.
