Hassles of management not worth the cheap price

Look somewhere else! Staff is overwhelmed by the number of apartments. They never get things to you in a timely manner (copy of lease after signing, initial walk-thru requests fixed, or maintence request). They are willing to string you along about any issue. You make requests and then have to keep waiting with no word from them. I have rented different apartments in different states and NEVER had a problem with management until Waterford Square. I can follow rules, am a good tenant, and have a great rental history. I've always liked the people in my apartment offices, but the staff I worked with at Waterford have been very unprofessional. It's a shame too, because the grounds look fine and I was happy with the layout of my apt (though you can hear ANY noise the people above you make). If I would have known the management was going to be so difficult, I would have been happy to pay a higher rent just to avoid having to deal with them.
