Terrible Managment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived there for one year and I have had nothing but problems from management. I thought I was getting a beautiful spacious apartment. I got the space but the problems started happening. The bathtubs have been repainted and have a very rough surface. The kitchen table tops are the same way. The walls are hollow and can't hold a curtain rod. The management is terrible. I have called on several occasions during business hours and left messages needing to speak to someone and I have never received a call back. I had to personally go to the office and speak with someone. It take maintenance a week or more to fix anything in the apartment. I had my window break which I knew I would have to pay for it. I called monday telling them what happened. I waited 2 weeks for them to finally give me an amount and then they threatned me that if I didn't pay it within 48 hours they where going to evict me. What I don't understand is that they do not have a playground for the kids. They have a dog playground but nothing for the kids. You can tell they are catered more to single people than families.
