Don't Live Here!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Don't move here. This place is horrible. They will try to evict you for not evening paying the water bill. Last year I started a new job and was one week late on my rent and they had filed eviction papers for me to go go to court. I had to pay 200 dollars in court fees. They were so rude and not understanding. I lived here for three years and never paid my rent late and the one time that I was going through hard time they did not care. Most places will file on you if you are two months behind but Waterford will file if you are a week behind. Then they said they they would file on me also because I did not pay my water bill in months. I wonder why would they care about the water the bill as long as the get my rent that is all they should be concerned about. Just to let you know that they will file for any little thing to get you out of your apartment. I don't know how they do the rent rates but my neighbor pays 60 dollars less than I do and we have been living here for three years. Every year my rent goes up but her rent stays the same. The people at the leasing office are so not friendly.
