Waterford Square = The Ghetto From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2003   This is the crappiest apartment complex I've ever lived in. Even worse than the building I lived in while in college that should have been condemned. My husband and I asked them REPEATEDLY to spray our apartment for bugs after I turned on the kitchen light in the middle of the night and saw dozens of roaches scatter. They were living in our walls! I know the roaches came from the dirty residents below us who kept their garbage outside their door for days on end. Speaking of fellow residents...keep in mind that whie your rent may seem to be a bargain, other less desirable types will also be able to afford that rent. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
