Has anyone else noticed that the people doing all of the complaining on this site either can't pay their rent on time (and yes, read the big box on the first page of your lease where it says if you don't pay your water bill it will be taken from your rent, they care because if you're to irresponsible to pay your water bill they have to pay it for you), have damaged their apartment and are mad because they have to pay for it, have broken their lease, had their car towed for parking in handicapped spaces or in other peoples reserved parking spaces and other misc. issues.

Guess what' If you don't pay your rent you can't live where you live anymore! You sign a contract that states your rent is due on the 1st day of the month, not a week later, not on the 15th, and not when you get back from your vacation. If you are late the worst thing you can do is take yourself up to the office on a weekend and scream at the leasing staff about how you are such a good resident that exceptions should be made for you. If you still can't pay and are sent up for eviction you should be embarrassed, not begin a campaign of harrassment and freaking out to whoever will listen to you. JUST PAY YOUR RENT!

If you break the rules, someone is going to have to tell you about it. Consider that your neighbors may be the ones ratting you out and screaming at the office to do something about your: dog that craps all over and you don't pick it up, cigarette butts you leave all over, garbage you always leave outside you door, loud music you play at all hours, sounds like an elephant is bowling in your apartment when you run from room to room, bug infestation because you can't follow simple housekeeping, parking in the handicapped spaces or in their carport or in front of their garage, speeding, etc...

As for the office staff...treat people the way you want to be treated and that is what you will get in return. The staff is frequently (as in almost daily) cursed at, screamed at, threatened with bodily harm, exposed to personal attacks on their appearance and character, have their integrity called into question. These are sweet, decent, caring women who if given a chance will bend over backwards for you. They will stay late, remember who you are and what you need, and take care of you as best they can. They do it with little or no thanks. They deserve respect just like anyone else does.

WOW, I think you work at the property's office. I am an example when it comes living in a comunity and waterford is getting down and down. My upstairs neighbor always bowl on my ceiling and my neighbor downstairs trhow parties every other weekend and the office staff doesn't give a damn. I pay my rent always before the first of the month. Like I said either you work for waterford or you live on another property and got the wrong place to put your review

This has to be a person that works at the leasing office. Your not fooling anyone. Half of these people that are responding are not even talking about paying late. Maybe you need to read and stop sticking up for your coworkers. WATERFORD SQUARE SUCKS! I would not tell a person that I hate to even live here.

Waterford Square does suck ass big time and I would never recommend for anyone to live here. The people in the office are just downright unprofessional and miserable in their daily lives. Don't bring your problems to work and take them out on your residents!!!!

I dont live at your property but I have to say I agree. The wording of your review is too defensive for you not to be part of the staff. Nice try though. Suggestion? Fix the problems and maybe you will actually get a good review that isnt ficticious.

comments about waterford square I was looking to rent and was aproved and the staff there sucks big time from Sherri to Erica and not to mention the worst of all the manager Angela were rude unprofessional and has no respect for people they also never return calls. I saw the model apartment and after they told me the one i would move into i put a deposit and the next day they changed the location then they had the nerve to all lie about it. So i demanded my money back and rented a beautiful place.In the Rain Tree Community. As for Angela this message is for you for when you get back on line to research your review. I sorry that you were never taught any customer service classes. You really should have finished your education you never know you may need a job with a fast food restaurant and that requires CSR. And for you cleaning out the garbage at your coplex makes me wonder if you were hired for the right position.

This does sound like a staff member. I have never made a late payment EVER for ANYTHING. Everything about this complex was simply horrible. They need to be taken over by a new group! I agree with Smartchoice1, Sherri, Erica, AND especially ANGELA were the worst employees for an apartment complex. To solve some of my issues, I had to go over their heads. And guess what, the problem was corrected!
