Don't come here!! From: JairSilvano Date posted: 1/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Despite a good price and large apartments the administration is staffed with people of very low people skills, they never answer the phone and they lose yous paperwork. Also when you sign the contract you'll see that maintenance can come in and out the apartament as they please and on my case they play with your stuff which isn't good at all. Very Thin walls you can hear your neighbour talking or their baby crying like they're inside your own bedroom. They let people party until next day without respecting silence laws. The parking lot is waay too dark. Is scary to take a walk from your car if park away from entrance, the parking lot is very crowded and all the kids from the Catholic High School behind the property always use the parking lot as shortcut to get to Carmel Rd. making the traffic inside the same completely crowded from 2:45 pm until 3:30 pm.
