Cheap rent for a reason

The rent at Waterford Square is very reasonable but that's because the Front Office Staff is terrible. I know several other residents, and we all had problems with the staff. They do not fix things. When I moved in there was a large square of carpet patched in the living room and the square with a huge red stain was in my closet. It was not sewn in and the carpet staples were sticking out. I called at least five times and kept being told it would be fixed but it never was. When my friend moved out, they would not do a walk through before she turned in the keys and turned around and charged her to replace the entire carpet. They told her that they don't patch carpet which is clearly a lie. Also, they didn't try to clean her carpet before they replaced it and did not send her an invoice. They sent her immediately to a collections agency. There was a coffee table in the front lawn area in front of her apartment for over two weeks. The place is trashy. I paid over $2,500 to break my lease and honestly, it was money well spent. Do not move in here.
