When you move out make sure that they do a walk through with you. If they don't have the time to do one make sure that you take pictures. They took 750 dollars of my security deposits for the carpet, cleaning, painting the wall(which they have to do when every resident moves out), and trash. Ok I cleaned this apartment up and down. I lived there for three years. The carpet was not even new when I moved in. I never even put up one picture in my apartment so there was no holes in the walls at all. Thank God that I took pictures and I will be taking them to small claims court. Waterford Square might have gotten over on a lot of other people but they will not get over on me. I took twenty-five pictures of how I left the apartment when I moved out. It might seem crazy but I took pictures of the carpet, walls, closets, refig, stove, patio, bedrooms, bathrooms, everything. Now why would I do that if I left the apartment a mess. They charged me one hundred dollars for taking out trash in my apartment. When I left nothing was in the apartment. I am so mad I don't know what to do. I spoke to who ever is in charge today and she hung up on me. Don't let them get over on you. Take pictures when you move out. If you can take a video camera and record the apartment. I was suppose to do that but my video camera was not charged. For anyone that is thinking about moving here don't do it. I even took my pictures to another apartment complex just to get their views on what they did to me and they said that "thats wrong, they got you." But actually they did not.

by law they are required to replace all carpet in a apartment that has been resided in for 3 years or more... so when you go for your next apt. ask how long the last tenet stayed in the apartment and then as about the carpet... aint no one going to be able to pull on over me... im glad my mom works a government owned matinence company...izmebe1313@yahoo.com
