ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The staff was horrible. They will squeeze as much money out of you as possible. They go back on their word. The apartment had a Huge leak from the water heater, where the entire halway was soaked...it took them 3 weeks to fix it and dry it! I paid a pet deposit, my pet ripped some carpet, so I do not expect the pet deposit back. But the security deposit'''!!! They have not given me anything back! And God forbid, you set your trash outside your door for 5 minutes to grab your keys, so you can lock up and drive the trash to the garbage. The next day, I had a warning letter, that if I did that again, they would clean it up for me and fine me! Oh yeah, and the water was turned off for over 24 hours on four seperate occasions! Not too mention there are not enough parking spaces for the apartments! Hmm...what else' If you live near the pool, they have a party just about every season, where they turn the music and bass all they way up. Shutting your windows doesn't help! The noise and vibration still make it through. If you decided to call them about it, they say that there is nothing they can do about it!
