DO NOT LIVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Do not waste your time, money, or effort living in this place. There is a huge turn over in the office personel and they constanly lose your paperwork. In the two years that my husband and I lived there, the office lost our lease renewal twice, our intent to vacate three times, and kept putting a "Notice of Eviction" sticker on our door, claiming that we had not paid rent, BUT WE HAD, and Waterford threatened to call the sheriff's department to have us evicted. We lived here for two years because the rent is cheap, but really, I would much rather have paid more for a place that repects its residents and is worth the money in the first place.
