Second experience with the staff liars

Got a notice about my lease ending, gave call the next morning and requested to extend lease by 4 months, the staff member said OK with continuing old rate since I have stayed here since last 1.5 years. Also got assurance that 'sir you can come anytime and sign the new lease papers.' Went to the office on saturday and was shocked like hell!!!. First, you cannot get lease extended for 4 months, we go only 6 months and 1 year. Second, if you sign the 6 months then the rent will not be what is written in the paper that came to your appt but will be actually $25 more. Third, if you want to go for month to month, the rent will be $200 more than what is written in the paper sent to you (just note that I got the notice from the office on Tuesday, I called following Wednesday morning and had the above talk, and went to meet them on following Saturday). The justification they gave the "MARKET RATE Fluctuates". What the Heck!! Market rate increased $100 in 3 days!! This is heights of lying!! I mentioned about the above phone talk and they asked with whom did you talk, gave the name and they said the staff does not remember having such conversation!!! Dont come here..spend some more $$ and get peace of mind. More worst experience will be shared as it occurs.
