WE don't have a pet and have fleas!! Almost everyone in our building has a dog, and I've been calling the office for almost 2 months to have the exterminator come out, they havne't come yet. Everytime I call I get the nameof the person I spoke to and the date I called, Sheree and Shane are the ones I hvae spoken to each time and the other day Agnes, the Manager called me a liar and told me I have never called before and I have to pay $160 to have my apartment exterminated.

If the sink is clogged, it takes a month of calling and going to the office to get someone to come unstop it, when they finally do come out, they treat you like crap and blame you for stopping it up. The plumbing is horrible and the bathroom sinks get stopped up almost every 2 months.

The complex is clearly segregated. All the white people live on the north side of the complex, all the ------, latinos and Asians on the south side. They dont lock the pool and anyone can just walk into the area and most do, they ahve loud parties almost daily, and used condoms are found in the parking lots often. We moved here because the rent was cheap, but not at all worth it.

Our air conditioner does not work well and no one has come out after many complaints of dripping water from it. Or lease is up this month and we are searching for somewhere else to go!!

Do not waste your time to live here. It is not worth it.
