DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   We have lived here for a year and a half ...and counting down the days until our lease expires (which, by the way is 3 mos rent plus sec. deposits to break). The staff is rude and incompetent (never return calls and lose EVERYTHING), maintenance is terrible (spray paint is a great way to patch a peeling door right), and THE LANDSCAPING IS AWFUL!! Dog poop everywhere (no service to clean up after the idiots who aren't responsible), the grass has cactus growing in it, and tons of ant hills and they don't do a damn thing about it. Don't even think about having a stereo or Honda here either! This place is rapidly declining and not properly maintained. It's pretty sad when it takes over a year to get the streetlights repaired...(still many out) To me, that's a safety issue. The "sports" complex is not even air conditioned..you can imagine the smell of stinky less-desirables... Bottom line...try another complex!
