If you are looking for an apartment community that really sucks, then this is the place for you. The community used to be safe...key word is USED, there is tons of theft and drug deals that take place in our sweet little complex. The grounds are horrible....isn't grass supposed to be green in the summer'' Not at Waterford we proudly display our brown grass, fire ant hills and dirt patches year round. I have had several maintenance issuses with my apt. when i call the office it is nothing from attitude from the horrible staff. I won't say thier names, but I can assure you they all need some customer service training. (I guess I would be bitter if I was a leasing agent at the worst place in Charlotte as well) If you call the office to get something fixed, be prepared to wait about 4 to 6 weeks. The management has allowed some less than desirable people to move in here...there have been 5 cases that I know of where used condoms have been found in and around the pool area. I beg of you please don't give this -------- any of your hard earned dollars. GO ANY WHERE BUT HERE AT WATERFORD.

You hit it right on the money...and what about the many condoms and beer bottles found up and down little avenue? I have seen the landscaper...I do not think they love their job...since they don't do shyt. Little Avenue is completely blocked off by the rugged trees needed to be tamed. Hey I do not blame the rats which stay there too..since Waterford seems like a good enough junk hard they can crash at. Maybe they set the fire on the leasing office. Maybe they thought their rent was too high for such a shabby place.
