Never had a problem From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   We moved in to this apartment in nov 05. We were actually very afraid after reading all the reviews, but decided to move in because al the reviews told that the management is not good, they dont return the deposit..... so to be on the safer side we took the pictures of the apartment. Until now we have had 3 maintenance issues. The first two were taken care of on the 2nd day. the third one took more than a week and few reminders. Safety, I have not heard of anything unsafe here, no breakins, etc. Infact, we used to go for walk at 9.30pm sometimes. Maintenance of general areas.....pools etc is low compared to the place where i had been earlier. but manageable Never had problem with parking. Our neighbours are good and no latenight parties etc. Its really quite. We don't have pets so we dont know about the problems with that. I can tell, i never had a problem of what so ever. We r moving to colorado, otherwise we would have extended our lease. worth the price.
