The office staff is a living hell to deal with. They don't know how to use a phone, are apparently deaf and don't return messages. Good luck getting your security deposit back, I left it spotless and they won't give me my money back. My neighbors sounded like elephants above me and my place shakes everytime they walk. When you wake up at 5 AM to loud music, the security police are the laziest most worthless things around. The place is cheap rent for a reason, everything from the sink to toilet to towel racks brake constantly and maintenance doesn't know how to fix these things and will walk all over your place in their muddy shoes and then the apt. will blame you for spots you didn't even make. Save yourself the hell and go somewhere that may cost a little more but treat their tenants with respect.
