It's day 11 and I've had water coming in my apt. from the ceiling above. I've left several messages, I went to the office and the door was locked even though it was durinf their biz hours they have posted. I've made 6 attempts to get someone out to my apt before the ceiling collapses on me. On the 7th attempt I FINALLY got someone to come out there after going to the office. However, the problem is STILL not fixed as of lunchtime today (Aug 21st) even though they told me they would be out first thing this morning. I also have a hole in my wall from where they had to change the thermostat from when I FIRST moved in. I've requested two or three times for that to be fixed. A year later the hole is STILL there. I would not recommend living at this place. They don't care if their buildings fall apart. I'm going to attempt to call the manager today, but they probably wont answer the phone in the office as they haven't the last 5 times I've called! URG!
