I would not recommend this community to ANYONE. The staff is very rude and the managers are arrogant and dont care at all to talk to you in case you have a problem. EVEN IF YOU WANT TO TALK TO THE MANAGERS, THEY WONT TALK TO YOU,NO MATTER THEY ARE STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU. Everytime you talk to someone at the office, its you who has to remember all the details of the talk alongwith the name of the person you talked to. They wont bother to note down whatever is discussed. And worst part is, next time whenever you talk, the person will conveniently forget the details of the talk and then you have to start all over again. This is frustrating esp. when you have to renew the lease because on phone they will give you some quote and ask you to come on a particular day (say weekend) to sign the papers and when you go there on weekend to renew the lease, they would have increased the rent by couple of hundred dollars even after committing you one number. If you call 2 months before your lease expires, they will talk well and give a small number as your new rent after renewal BUT they wont renew the lease at that time. They will ask you to wait till they send the renewal notice to your apartment. And when the renewal notice will come, you would have entered the last 2 months of your lease term so you dont have 2 months to give the notice and move out of the community. WORST IS: THEY WONT EVEN FOLLOW THE RENT AMOUNT WRITTEN BY THEMSELVES IN THE RENEWAL NOTICE. Within 2 days they will increase the rent by $200 that too for a one-bed one-bath apartment. THEY LITERALLY PLAY GAMES WITH YOU AS THEY DONT HAVE ANY ETHICS AND DONT FULFILL THEIR COMMITMENTS. If they cant keep their words then they shouldnt commit anything in the first place. Not to mention the maintenance related problems. They even forget to note down your maintenance request and when you call next time to follow up you have to mention the person's name with whom you talked to and place a fresh maintenance request with the person you are talking to at that very moment. We have waited for 5 days for some of our maintenance related problems. Then on, we started to fix them up ourselves or get them fixed by paying to someone. The community is not at all safe either. Someone recently set ablaze the main leasing office that blew up the office as well as the nearby mail center. Luckily none of the apartments were harmed as firefighters arrived pretty quickly. OVERALL, THIS COMMUNITY IS A LIVING HELL.
