I have lived here for 11 months now and I haven't been happy since I moved here. The day I got my keys to move in, I got to my apartment and the door was unlocked and there was trash and empty beer bottles all over my apartment. They hadn't cleaned it since the last tenant moved out. I couldn't move into my apartment for another week. I still haven't had maintenance issues fixed that were on my original walk-through list. My neighbor next to me had her door pried open with a crow bar in the middle of the day when she was home then three months later her car was keyed. Two weeks later the woman below me found a man peering in through her window in the middle of the night. I am a single woman and have never felt safe here. There is also a registed child molester that lives here so beware. The leasing office staff is a joke. There has been so many different people working in there since I moved in. You can't ever talk to the same person twice and forget about the ass. manager or manager...they're worthless. Maintenance is constantly racing their golf carts around instead of fixing things and if you're one of the lucky ones to get something fixed, get ready because I've never had less than three men in my apartment to fixed the simplest thing. The walls are paper thin, I hear the nieghbors all the time, at all hours of the night. I made the mistake of living on the second floor instead of the third floor and it constantly sounds like the people upstairs are trying to break in through my ceiling. The landscapers fit in with the rest of the crew...they mow the grass but don't ever pick up the clipping on the grass or blow the sidewalk so your house constantly has grass in it. The gardeners also broke my neighbors windsheild because the mower guard was up and the leasing office said there was nothing that could be done. I know the cheap prices can be enticing, but don't fall for it like it did. This was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I am counting the days until my lease is up.
