Not Recomened From: jlh1824 Date posted: 3/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We were almost a week without AC in middle of summer, then almost 2 weeks without a working refrigerator, 3 days witouth water. Our 2 cars got broken into, and one of the radios was stolen.
