Management SUCKS! I have a neighbor who leaves trash outside for weeks!!

You know, you sign this big ass lease with all its clauses and -------- and not a single one is inforced unless it appeals to them. EX. My neighbor will leave bags and bags of trash outside for weeks, it says in the lease that trash outside the appartment (IF FOUND) will be $25 charge per bag. HOW DO YOU NOT SEE IT FOR 2 WEEKS!!!! High schoolers swim naked in the pool after hours, with children living very close. Management told a friend of mine to fix his own broken shelf b/c it would be 3-4 weeks before they could get to it. Another friend of mine had his frig go out and it took them 4 days took look at it. When my wife and I first moved in we had no lint trap in our dryer, we told them, and it took them 5 days to get around to it, by then I had gone to Lowes and made my own!! All the while, the maintanance staff can be found sleeping in their golf carts. The window sills are moldy and apartments are cochroach infested. Cars sit in the parking lot broken down for years!! Tow tags get placed on the vehicles, but it takes them so long they have to put a second tag on the vehicle, b/c the first one washed away in the RAIN!!! That takes months!!! The "clubhouse" burnt down LAST summer and all they have managed to do was fence it off and board up the windows. Quick turnover in office staff, which leads to lack of quality management. TO SUM IT UP THE PRICE IS OK, BUT YOU MIGHT AS WELL OWN YOUR OWN PLACE DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF MAINTANANCE YOU WILL END UP DOING YOURSELF!
